Refund and Cancellation Policy

Course Enrollments
- A cancellation request made before course access is granted may be eligible for a refund.
- Once live class access, recordings, or paid digital material is delivered, refunds are generally not provided.
- Exceptional cases are reviewed individually at Path to Garbhotsav's discretion.
Physical Products
- Damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.
- Returns are accepted only for unused products in original packaging, subject to verification.
- Shipping/handling fees may be non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Final credit time depends on your bank/payment provider.
